Mission Statement

The mission of Saint Mary's Church is to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all people through creative, Eucharist-Centered worship which empowers the ministry of the laity in all areas of our daily life and work. We do this individually and in community, by example, through outreach, service, pastoral care and education, in obedience to Christ's love.

St. Mary's is part of the Diocese of the Rio Grande. One of the geographically largest dioceses in the United States, the diocese includes all of New Mexico and portions of west Texas. St. Mary's was formed by a merger of St. Aidan's and St. Matthew's churches in 1989. Fred Winter, Sr., has prepared this list of clergy, from the first days of St. Aidan's through today at St. Mary's.
